10-9-11: DAMAGE TO VILLAGE PROPERTY:
No person shall cut, break, climb on, or in any way deface any tree, shrub, plant, turf, or any buildings, fences or bridges, lamps, posts, signs or any other structure on any Village property. (1983 Code)
