3-1-12: SALE ONLY AT LICENSED PREMISES:

No liquor shall be sold, offered for sale, kept for sale, displayed or advertised for sale at retail or delivered to any person purchasing the same at retail, except at a location, place or premises described in a license duly issued by the liquor control commissioner. (1983 Code)
