9-4-19: HOLDING TANKS (IDPH SECTION 905.140):

Utilizing septic tanks as holding tanks in lieu of the septic field shall not be permitted. Neither temporary occupancy permits nor occupancy permits shall be issued for any house which does not have a complete and functioning sewage disposal system. (Ord. 15-961, 4-14-2015)
