3-1-3: LIQUOR CONTROL COMMISSIONER:

The Village President shall act as Liquor Control Commissioner for the Village. Said Liquor Control Commissioner may appoint a person or persons to assist him in the exercise of the powers and performance of the duties herein provided. When the Liquor Control Commissioner shall be referred to in this Chapter, it shall include any person, committee or other agency appointed by such Liquor Control Commissioner.
