9-4-18: HUMAN WASTE DISPOSAL (IDPH SECTION 905.130):
   A.   General: Privies, portable toilets, recirculation toilets, incinerator toilets and compost toilets are not approved for private sewage disposal of human wastes. Portable toilets are required on construction sites. Other domestic wastes shall be disposed of in a conventional system. (Ord. 15-961, 4-14-2015)
