8-4-11: PERMITS TO PLANT OR REMOVE TREE OR SHRUBS IN PUBLIC PLACES:
It shall be unlawful to plant, remove or cut down any tree or shrub within any public street or parkway or other public place without having first secured a permit as provided for in Section 8-4-6 of this Chapter.
