No building shall be erected or permitted on any residential lot unless in conjunction there is constructed a hard surfaced driveway as hereinafter defined measuring at least ten feet (10') in width and running from the street paving to the building line. Not more than two (2) driveways or other means of ingress and egress shall be installed or maintained from one lot or parcel to the same street, road or highway. (1983 Code)
