8-2-4: INSURANCE REQUIRED:

Each applicant for a permit required by this chapter shall file an insurance policy or certificate of insurance with public liability and property damage coverage in the amount of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000.00) naming the village, its officers, agents, servants and employees as additional insureds. (Ord. 87-302, 6-9-1987)
