Instead of the general penalty provided for in subsection 1-4-1A of this code, any person violating section 8-1-3, 8-1-8, or 8-1-14 of this chapter shall be fined not less than two hundred dollars ($200.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day a violation exists or continues uncorrected. (Ord. 2009-889, 7-14-2009)
