No individual sewage disposal system shall be permitted on lots of less than forty thousand (40,000) square feet where the property is served by an individual water system. In the event that soils or topographic conditions on single-family residential lots of forty thousand (40,000) square feet in area will not permit the use of individual sewage disposal systems; larger lot sizes as required shall be utilized.
On all premises where sanitary sewer mains are not available, individual sewage disposal systems shall be installed in accordance with the following specifications:
A. Private Sewage Disposal Licensing Act and Code published by the State of Illinois Department of Public Health, as amended from time to time, and
B. Regulations regarding water supply and sewage disposal, enacted by Cook County Department of Health, as amended from time to time; and
C. Chapter 4, Title 9 of this Code, Health and Sanitation Regulations.
