Street trees, where trees do not exist, shall be planted in the parkways no less than forty feet (40') apart nor more than sixty feet (60') apart throughout the entire subdivision. Such trees shall be a minimum of two inches (2") in diameter measured twelve inches (12") above the ground and shall be oak, honey locust, hard maples, or other species of shade trees as are acceptable to the Village Board.
