6-2-2: GENERAL PROVISIONS:

No plat of subdivision of land within the Village or within one and one-half (11/2) miles of the corporate limits thereof may be filed for record unless the same shall comply with the provisions of this Title. This Title shall be part of the Official Comprehensive Plan of the Village.
