A. General: The uses listed in this Section are deemed to be permitted uses and shall not require administrative approval or a special use permit.
B. Permitted Uses: Antennas or towers located on property owned, leased, or otherwise controlled by the Village other than on a Village street or right of way shall be permitted uses, but only if a license or lease authorizing the location and maintenance of such antenna and/or tower has been approved by the corporate authorities of the Village.
