The boundaries of such districts are hereby established as shown on the Zoning Map consisting of one page, which Map is hereby adopted by reference and incorporated herein. Until differently classified by amendment, any land whose classification is not shown thereon and land hereafter annexed to the Village shall be classified in the F-Farming District in the case of any tract of twenty (20) or more acres under common ownership and otherwise shall be classified as in the A-1 District.
