4-4-8: FOOTING DRAINS:

Footing drains shall be connected to sump pumps for further discharge into a seepage trench or dry well installed and used only for this purpose or, where available, into a storm sewer or a drainage ditch if approved by the village. No footing drain or drainage tile shall be connected to the sanitary sewer system. (Ord. 93-488, 8-10-1993)
