Any person aggrieved by any decision of the building official involving the interpretation of this title, the Inverness building code, may petition for an appeal of said decision to the zoning board of appeals. Upon such appeal being made, the zoning board of appeals shall hold a public meeting and shall make a recommendation to the board of trustees to affirm, overrule, or modify the decision of the building official as the facts may indicate. No appeal or variation from this title shall be granted, except by an ordinance approved by the board of trustees. (Ord. 2007-846, 3-13-2007)
