A. Applications for raffle licenses shall be on forms provided by the Village.
B. The license and application for license must specify the location(s) in which raffle chances will be sold or issued, the time period during which raffle chances will be sold or issued, the date, time, location and manner of determining the winning chances;
C. A copy of the applicant's articles of incorporation and/or charter shall be attached to the license application (or other such documentation as requested by the Village President);
D. The application must contain a sworn statement attesting to the not-for-profit character of the prospective license organization, signed by the presiding officer and the secretary of that organization. (Ord. 23-1037, 11-14-2023)
