3-17-1: LICENSE REQUIRED:
It shall be unlawful to conduct a raffle as defined by 230 ILCS 15/2 et. seq. of the Illinois Compiled Statutes in the Village without having obtained a license therefore in accordance with this Chapter. (Ord. 23-1037, 11-14-2023)
