Any person or organization engaged in solicitation who commits an offense under this chapter shall be fined not less than Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) nor more than Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00) for each offense. Prior violations shall be considered valid cause to deny subsequent license applications.
In addition to the monetary penalties above listed, and upon violation of this chapter, the violator may be prosecuted for violation of various trespass offenses under applicable law. (Ord. 23-1034, 8-8-2023)
