No person, while conducting the activities of a solicitor, whether licensed or unlicensed shall enter upon any private property, knock on doors, or otherwise disturb persons in their residences prior to ten o’clock (10:00) a.m. of any weekday or Saturday, or after seven o’clock (7:00) p.m. of any weekday or six o’clock (6:00) p.m. on Saturday, or at any time on a Sunday or on a State of Illinois or national holiday.
