A. Impoundment And Storage: The chief of police or their designee are is hereby authorized and empowered to have removed any vehicle on any street or alley in violation of section 6-3-5, 6-3-6, 6-3-7, 6-3-8, 6-3-13, 6-3-13, 6-3-14, or 6-3-15 of this chapter or stalled thereon and to have such vehicle towed to an impound lot.
B. Redemption Of Impounded Vehicle; Costs: Impounded vehicles shall be released from an impound lot pursuant to the release provisions found in Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 168B. (1974 Code § 1310.15; amd. Ord. 1307, 12-14-2015, eff. 4-1-2016; Ord. 1465. 11-13-2023)
