The City Administrator, chief of police or their designee, and public works director or their designee are is hereby authorized to temporarily prohibit parking of vehicles on any street within the City. Any street subject to such temporary parking restrictions shall be posted with temporary "No Parking" signs, which signs shall be posted at least twelve (12) hours before any towing may occur. No person shall park any vehicle on a street subject to a temporary parking restriction and posted with temporary "No Parking" signs. (1974 Code § 1310.03; amd. Ord. 1465, 11-13-2023)
