6-3-8: KEYS IN IGNITION:
   A.    No person shall leave a motor vehicle parked on the public streets in the city with the key in the ignition.
   B.    No owner or operator of a used car lot shall leave the key in the ignition of any automobile on said used car lot when the attendant is not on duty. (1974 Code § 1310.13)
