Chapter 20 Schedule
Sec. 20.1 Submission of charter.
   This charter shall be submitted to the electors of the territory constituting the City of Inkster for their approval or rejection at an election to be held on the 5th day of October, 1964.
Sec. 20.2 Effective date.
   If this charter be approved at said election[,] then printed copies thereof with the vote for and against the same, duly certified, shall[,] within thirty days from the date of said election, be filed with the Secretary of State and the Clerk of the County of Wayne. This charter shall take effect at 8:00 o'clock p.m. on Monday, the 16th day of November, 1964.
