§ 120.088  DISPUTES AS TO LAWFUL RATE OF FARE; POLICE DETERMINATION.
   All disputes as to the lawful rate of fare shall, upon request of the driver or passenger of a taxicab or vehicle for hire, be determined by the police officer in charge of the station nearest to where such dispute is had. This provision shall be mandatory and the police officer in charge of the station where such request is made shall render such service.
