§ 120.999  PENALTY.
   Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $500 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both.  A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
