§ 120.060 PERSONS LOITERING IN OR NEAR VEHICLES PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person, other than the driver or owner of a taxicab or automobile kept for hire standing upon the public streets, to loiter at, within or near such taxicab or automobile kept for hire.
