§ 113.173 UNLICENSED PRIVATE CLUBS PROHIBITED; LOITERING.

(A) Any person who shall occupy any building or premises for the purpose of operating a private club, as defined in § 113.170, shall be in violation of this subchapter.

(B) Any person who shall loiter in or about any unlicensed private club shall be in violation of this subchapter.
