§ 113.170  DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PRIVATE CLUB.  A place where a group of people congregate for special purposes or for the promulgation of sports, arts, sciences, literature, politics or the like, but not operated for profit.
