§ 113.110  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   OPERATION OF A DANCE HALL ORROLLER SKATING RINK.  Any person operating a dance hall or roller skating rink, including any lessee or manager, and, in the case of an unincorporated club or association, a member thereof shall be designated by such organization as the operator.
   PUBLIC DANCE HALL or ROLLER SKATING RINK.  Any room, place or space in which a public dance or public hall or roller skating shall be held or where admission can be had by payment of a fee or by purchase, possession and presentation of a ticket or token or in which a charge is made for care of clothing or other property, or where the public generally may gain admission with or without payment of a fee, but shall not include municipal dances or dances or roller skating sponsored by the recreation commission or charitable or fraternal organizations if exempt under § 113.119.
