This subchapter shall not apply to municipal dances or roller skating, dances or roller skating sponsored by the Recreation Commission, dances or roller skating sponsored by any of the student bodies of the public or parochial schools of the city, and fraternal or church organizations of the city, the proceeds of which or the benefits thereof shall be devoted exclusively to the benefit of such student bodies or school class, fraternities, organizations or churches.
