§ 97.002 OPERATION OF UNLICENSED POWER-DRIVEN IMPLEMENTS PROHIBITED; EXCEPTION.

   (A)   No person shall operate an unlicensed power-driven implement on the city streets, sidewalks or public ways. 

   (B)   The provisions of this section shall not apply to farm implements, snowplows, lawn care implements or implements used for construction work of any kind or nature of any vehicle bearing a license issued by the state.
