§ 97.001 DEFINITION.

   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   SIDEWALK SPACE.  The space between the lot line and the curb line of the street or any space outside the lot line and the space under and over any such sidewalk space.
