§ 92.16  STORAGE TANKS; INSTALLATION; LICENSE REQUIRED; FEES.
   No person shall be permitted to install storage tanks in the city involving either underground or overground storage of flammable liquids unless such person shall first have obtained an installer’s license therefor, which license will expire at midnight, December 31, of each year, and shall pay an installer’s license fee or annual renewal fee as hereinafter provided. The grace period for renewing all licenses shall be considered 60 days from expiration date. This section shall not apply to fuel oil tanks up to 275 gallons individual capacity, or 550 gallons aggregate capacity, used for heating purposes.
