(A) Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500 and costs of prosecution or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
(B) Penalty for violation of § 92.60.
(1) Any person found in violation of any condition of the aforementioned stipulations shall be guilty of a misdemeanor with a penalty of up to a $500 fine and/or 90 days in jail.
(2) Any person responsible for an offending fire in need of extinguishing by the Fire Department; may be liable for restitution payments in addition to fines and costs.
