(A) Whoever shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter for which another penalty has not been provided shall upon conviction be punished by a fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment for a period of not more than 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
(B) The penalties for violating § 73.24 shall specifically include, without limitation, the right to eject any person from the posted area who is using a skateboard or roller skates. The penalties for §§ 73.21 through 73.25 shall include the right to impound as evidence any skates or skateboard which is used contrary to their provisions, pending the prosecution of such an alleged violation of these sections, and/or a fine of not more than $500.
