§ 73.24  SKATING OR RIDING PROHIBITING WHERE POSTED.
   The City Council may in its discretion by resolution authorize the Mayor to erect signs on any city-owned property prohibiting roller skating or the riding of skateboards thereon.  It shall be unlawful to roller skate or ride a skateboard on any such city-owned property which is posted.
