The City Clerk shall publish this subchapter in a manner required by law setting forth the purpose of the Motor Carrier Safety Act and Rules and Laws Concerning Driver Qualifications, Operation and Maintenance of Commercial Motor Vehicles on the Streets and Highways, and the fact that a complete copy of the Act is available at the Office of the Clerk for inspection by the public at all times.
