§ 54.28 AUTHORITY.

This subchapter is adopted pursuant to and in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law Public Act 92-500, and applicable Federal Regulations, the requirements of the Settlement Agreement in United States of America v City of Detroit, et al, Civil Action #771100.
