§ 54.19  BUILDING SEWER SPECIFICATIONS.
   Pipe shall be extra strength clay and shall meet the current requirements of ASTM Specification C-200-65T  and National Clay Pipe Institute, eastern Region Designation ER4-67.  Pipe joints shall be of a resilient material having a controlled and calculated shape conforming to the current requirements of ASTM Specification C-425-64, Type I or Type III.
