§ 54.05  FAILURE TO MAKE REQUIRED CONNECTION, PENALTY.
   Should any dwelling, factory, garage, store or building not be connected to the sewerage system as in this subchapter provided, then the water services may be discontinued to such premises until such connections have been made.
