After hearing all written objections and making any changes or corrections as provided in § 51.06, which changes and corrections shall be recorded in such special assessment roll, the City Council shall pass a resolution confirming such roll, ordering the City Clerk to endorse thereon the date of confirmation thereof, and to file such roll in the Clerk’s office.
