The gas or electrically operated incinerator hereinbefore mentioned must also be free from electrical or mechanical hazards. The sufficiency of the designs of the said gas or electrically operated incinerator shall meet with the requirements of the City Department of Public Works, as hereinbefore mentioned. The entire installation of said incinerator shall comply in all particulars with the provisions of the gas and/or electrical code of the city.
