§ 56.22  CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
   (A)   Any person who violates this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to the penalties set forth in Chapter 39 of this code.
   (B)   The city may recover all attorney's fees; court costs; and other expenses associated with enforcement of this chapter, including sampling and monitoring expenses.
