(A) This chapter does not address any civil infraction under the Michigan Vehicle Code, the Uniform Traffic Code, provisions that allow for control of traffic in parking areas, or a similar municipal ordinance.
(B) Nothing in this chapter affects the jurisdiction of the Planning Commission, the Zoning Board of Appeals or the Building Code Board of Examiners and Appeals. Furthermore, nothing in this chapter shall affect the provisions of any other ordinance that is not in conflict with the provisions contained herein.
