The following charges for installation permits shall be as set forth below:
(A) Residential window air conditioners and through-the-wall models:
First unit, $15.
Additional units at the same location, each unit, $7.
(B) Self-contained systems activated by motors or engines:
Five horsepower or less, each system, $27.
(C) Remote systems activated by motors or engines of five horsepower or less, each system, $27.
(D) Systems and/or compressors activated by motors or engines:
Over five horsepower to 50 horsepower, each, $45.
Over 50 horsepower to 100 horsepower, each, $80.
Over 100 horsepower, each, $100.
Alterations to each system, $20.
(This does not include additional compressors, such requiring installation permits based on their horsepower.)
(E) Ductwork and air distribution systems, residential.
Installation of complete system, $30.
Addition to or alteration of existing system, $20.
(F) Ductwork and air distribution systems, alteration or repair, for commercial or industrial installations shall have fees based on the unit costs as specified in § 151.021)
