(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person who violates any provision of §§ 154.02 through 154.09 or fails to conform to any of the provisions of these sections in relation to matters or things herein contained shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense. A violation of these provisions shall also constitute a civil offense and shall subject the offender to a civil penalty not to exceed $500 to be recovered by the city in a civil action in the nature of a debt if the offender does not pay the penalty within the prescribed period of time set by the city after having been cited for the ordinance violation. Each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense.
