§ 154.41 CONSTRUCTION OF LIGHTING TO MINIMIZE LIGHT CAST ON NEIGHBORS.
   All private external lighting shall be constructed, arranged, and directed so as to minimize the light cast on neighboring properties and to avoid causing a nuisance to neighboring residences.
