§ 154.24 CONDUCT AROUND SWIMMING POOLS; NUISANCES.
   Loud and boisterous conduct in or around a swimming pool shall be considered a nuisance. Police officers are designated as the proper authorities to determine when such nuisance exists and are authorized to order it to cease.
