§ 154.22 INSPECTORS TO BE PERMITTED ACCESS; INSPECTION REPORTS.
   (A)   Inspectors from the Louisville Metro Building Department, the Louisville Metro Health Department, and the city shall be permitted access to the swimming pool site at all reasonable times for the purpose of assuring compliance with this subchapter and all other applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations.
   (B)   Copies of all inspection reports shall be furnished to the city’s Code Enforcement Officer.
